Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across the entire construction and investment process, driven by continuous professional development and a commitment to high-quality execution and lasting results.
This experience led to the creation and growth of two established companies: Correct Project (project management and control) and Engineering Systems (new construction and reconstruction).
In 2025, Engineering Systems received two awards in the “Building of the Year” competition: one for the BEBELAN logistics complex and one for Smart Organic’s organic food factory.

What is the minimum project value you work with?
We have no fixed minimum threshold. We assess every inquiry individually. What matters most is a clear technical brief and a client ready to work in partnership. Contact us for an initial consultation.

How long does it take to prepare a quote?
When project documentation, bills of quantities, and technical specifications are available, preparing a quote takes 3 to 15 business days. The exact turnaround is determined for each inquiry. Within 48 hours of your inquiry, we will confirm receipt and propose a convenient time for an initial call.

Do you work only in Sofia or elsewhere in the country too?
We work primarily in Sofia and the Sofia region, but we also take on projects elsewhere in the country when the scale and conditions are suitable. Contact us to discuss your specific site.

Do you offer construction only, or design as well?
We coordinate and manage the entire investment and construction process. When design is required, we work with trusted architectural and engineering firms. We can become involved in a project at any stage.

How will I track construction progress?
We hold regular working meetings with the client and provide access to the site. Upon request, we also provide periodic progress reports. We view transparent communication as a core value, not merely an obligation.
